NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT : AIR QUALITY ACT 39 OF 2004

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs acting in terms of sections 29(3), 53(o) and (p) read with section 57(1)(a) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act 39 of 2004 gave notice of her intention to publish the national pollution prevention plans regulations.

Members of the public are invited to submit written representations or objections on the draft regulations to the Minister, marked for the attention of Mr A M Makwarela, within 30 (thirty) days after the publication of the draft regulations (i.e. by 13 April 2014).
