NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: WASTE ACT 59 OF 2008

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has determined 2 May 2014 as the date on which Part 8 in Chapter 4 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act 59 of 2008 will come into operation. Part 8 of Chapter 4 will apply to land contaminated before and after commencement of the Act.
