The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has amended the List of Waste Management Activities published in terms of section 19(2) of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008) by replacement of GNR 718 in Government Gazette 32368 of 3 July 2009.

The notice contains numerous transitional and special arrangements.
