ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT (107/1998): ADOPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK FOR THE MSUNDUZI MUNICIPALITY

The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 24(2) and (3) of the NEMA, read with regulation 5(4) of the Environmental Management Framework Regulations, 2010, given notice of the Environmental Management Framework for the Msunduzi Municipality, which has been adopted in terms of sub-regulations 3(1) and 5(1) of the Environmental Management Framework.
