The MEC responsible for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlement in the Free State Province has, in terms of section (2)(a)(i) of the LGMSA adopted the Air Quality Management By-law as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The By-law regulates, inter alia, the air pollution duty of care; local emission standards; motor vehicle emissions; small boilers as well as controlled activities.
