The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 22B of the NEMPAA, given notice of her intention to withdraw the existing Aliwal Shoal Marine Protected Area declared in Government Gazette 26433, Notice No. 697 of 4 June 2004, and to declare, under section 22A of the NEMPAA, the Aliwal Shoal Marine Protected Area as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 90 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 3 May 2016).
