NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 OF THE ACT

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 20(6)(b) of the NEMPAA, amended schedule 2 of the NEMPAA by replacing the information contained in schedule 2 with the information in the schedule to this notice. Schedule 2 to the NEMPAA sets out declared National Parks in South Africa.
