National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act (10/2004): Alien and Invasive Species Regulations.

The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has published, in terms of section 97(1) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act 10 of 2004, the regulations pertaining to alien and invasive species. The regulations provide for, inter alia, registers and notification, restrictions and risk assessments.
