NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): BEACON HILL PROTECTED ENVIRONMENT

The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 28 of the NEM:PAA, declared the Beacon Hill Protected Environment on the land known as portion 1 of 506, situated in the uMngeni Municipality, with the uMngeni Local Municipality being assigned as the management authority thereof.
