The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 97(1) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act 10 of 2004, published draft Alien and Invasive Species Regulations for public comment.

Members of the public were invited to make representations within 30 days from date of publication of this notice.
