The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) read with section 100 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act 10 of 2004, given notice of her intention to declare the Kwelera Nature Reserve a National Botanical Garden.
Members of the public were invited to make written submissions to the Minister, within 30 days from date of publication of this notice.
