The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, declared the Bosch Berg Nature Reserve on portion 9 of the Farm Bosch Berg No. 1025, as per the schedule attached to this notice, with Robert Phillip Geldart being assigned as the management authority thereof.
