The Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality has, in terms of section 13 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, enacted By-Laws relating to the Disposal of Contaminated and or Infectious Waste, aimed at regulating the management of infectious waste within the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality.
