The Makhado Municipality has, with effect from 1 July 2013, in terms of section 75 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000, amended the tariffs mentioned in section 3(6) and in Schedule I and II of Chapter I of the Municipality's By-laws Relating to the Control of Inflammable Liquids and Substances as set out in this notice.
