Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998 that the Council of the Moqhaka Local Municipality adopted the following By-Laws:
- Control of Public Nuisances By-Law;
- Refuse Removal By-Law;
- Water Restrictions By-Law;
- Dumping and Littering By-Law;
- Standard Storm Water By-Law; and
- Water Services By-Law.
The aforesaid by laws come into effect as from 13 March 2015.
