NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): DECLARATION OF AN AREA AS THE RIETVLEI NATURE RESERVE

The Member of the Executive Council of Economic, Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development in the Gauteng Province, hereby declares, under section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA, the area as described in schedule A to this notice, as a nature reserve and assigns the name "Rietvlei Nature Reserve" to it.
