Heritage Western Cape has, in terms of section 27 of the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999, declared the historic mission complex, Saron Mission Station situated on portion 2 of Farm Saron No.40, Witzenberg Municipality, Winelands District, to be a Provincial Heritage Site.
