Heritage Western Cape has, in terms of section 27(2) of NHRA, declared the archaeological and palaeontological sites, unmarked burials, the landscape and natural features of cultural significance and structures situated on or at Erf 11553, including the Rocklands Community Hall, the Library, the Memorial Square and the Community Health Care Centre thereon, situated on the corner of Lancaster Road and Parker Street, Rocklands, Mitchell's Plain and as reflected in the schedule to this notice, as formally protected under section 27 of the NHRA.
