The MEC for Kwa-Zulu Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, declared that from the date of publication hereof, the below-mentioned properties situated in the Emnambiti Local Municipality, shall be a Nature Reserve to be known as the Ingula Nature Reserve, with Eskom Holdings SOC Limited assigned as the management authority according to section 38(2)(a) of the NEM:PAA -

- Portion 3 (of 1) of the Farm Bramhoek No. 1220, Ladysmith District;
- Proposed subdivision - Portion 34 of the Farm Zaaifontein No. 1074, Ladysmith District;
- Proposed subdivision - Portion 35 of the Farm Zaaifontein No. 1074, Ladysmith District.
