The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, declared the Red Desert Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice, with the Red Desert Nature Reserve Trust being assigned as the management authority thereof.
