The MEC for Economic Development Environment and Tourism for the Limpopo Province has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEMPAA, given notice of his intention to declare the land parcels listed in the schedule to this notice as the following nature reserves in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEMPAA -
- Letaba Ranch;
- De Hoop Dam;
- Nungu Farm Schedule; and
- Moepel Nature Reserve.
The public is invited to submit written representations within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 24 April 2018).
