The Minister of Mineral Resources has, in terms of section 95 of the Diamond Act, made the regulations as set out in the schedule to this notice.
These regulations amend the penalties and prescribed fees chargeable for services rendered by the South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator as set out in the said schedule.
