Heritage Western Cape has, in terms of section 25(2)(h), read with sections 25(2)(l) and 48(1)(a) of the NHRA, give notice of its intention to make regulations in respect of fees payable in respect of, inter alia, applications for permits and lodgement of appeals.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments by 14 December 2015.
