The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 74 read with section 83(1)(j) of the NEM:ICMA, given notice of her intention to make the Appeal Regulations for the purposes of the NEM:ICMA, which set out the process to be followed on the processing, consideration of and decisions on appeals.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments to the draft regulations within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 22 June 2015).
