The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 83(1)(g), (h), (k) and (r) of the NEM:ICMA, published for public commentary, the draft Coastal Waters Discharge Permit Regulations as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments on the draft regulations within 30 days after the publication of these regulations.
