The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to publish the Estuarine Management Plans (EMPs) for the Durban Bay and Orange River Mouth estuaries in terms of section 34(1)(a) read with section 53(1)(c) on the NEM:ICMA.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 30 November 2015).
