The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 48A(2) and 86(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the NEMPAA, published for public comment the draft Dwesa-Cwebe Marine Protected Area Regulations, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
