The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 48A(2) and 86(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the NEM:PAA, published the draft regulations for the management of the Tsitsikamma National Park Marine Protected Area as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments no later than 16h00, 01 February 2016.
