The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to withdraw, in terms of section 22B of the NEM:PAA, the existing Tsitsikamma Marine Protected Area declared in stipulation 2(19) of GN 1429 of 29 December 2000, and to declare, in terms of section 22A of the NEM:PAA, the Tsitsikamma National Park Marine Protected Area as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments no later than 16h00, 01 February 2016.
