The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 83(1)(g), read with section 7B and 7C of the NEM:ICMA, given notice of her intention to publish the Regulations for the Reclamation of Land from Coastal Waters Regulations.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 27 March 2017).
