The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 48A(2) and 86(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the NEMA:PAA, given notice of her intention to publish the Regulations for the Management of the Robberg, Betty’s Bay and Goukamma Marine Protected Areas.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 19 September 2017).
