The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, under sections 24(5)(c)(i), 24(5)(j) and 44(1)(a) and (b) of the NEMA, amended regulation 4 of the Regulations on the Fees for Consideration and Processing of Applications for Environmental Authorisations and Amendments thereto, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
