The Frances Baard Municipality has enacted the Air Quality Management By-law. The purpose and objectives of this by-law is to -
(a) Control air pollution within the area of the municipality's jurisdiction; and
(b) Ensure that air pollution is avoided, or where it cannot be altogether avoided, is minimized and remedied
