The MEC of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of sections 28(1)(a)(i) and (b) of the NEM:PAA, declared the Greater Lakenvlei Protected Environment, located in the Emakhazeni Local Municipality on the properties as described in schedule 1 to this notice.
