Heritage Western Cape has, in terms of section 25(2)((h) read with section 47(4) of the NHRA, given notice of its intention to published the Regulations (Heritage Western Cape) for the Process for Publication of Statements of General Policy and Conservation Management Plans, 2015, as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations on or before 27 July 2015.
