The Limpopo MEC for Economic Development, Environment and Tourism has, in terms of section 33(1)(a) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of her intention to declare the following nature reserves and protected areas in terms of sections 23(1)(a)(i) and (ii) and section 28(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA –
- Kapama Private Nature Reserve;
- Studholme Nature Reserve;
- Wolkberg Cave Nature Reserve;
- Machaka Protected Environment;
- Tzaneen Dam;
- Kalkbank Protected Environment.
The public is invited to submit written representations on the proposed notice within 60 days of publishing this notice (i.e. on or before 14 November 2017).
