The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has, in terms of section 9(1)(a) of the NFA, given notice of her intention to declare a portion of the farm Kathu 465, as detailed in the schedule to this notice, as a Forest Nature Reserve under section 8(1)(c)(i) of the NFA.
Members of the public are invited to provide comments to the notice within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 17 October 2017).
