The Northern Cape MEC for the Department of Environment and Nature Conservation has, in terms of section 33(1) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of her intention to declare, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, the following properties as part of the Goegap Nature Reserve and Oorlogskloof Nature Reserve
a) Ratelkraal No 131 remainder and Ratelkraal No 131 portion 1, as an expansion of the Goegap Nature Reserve; and
b) Gannaga No 1029 remainder and Groot Tuin No 653 as an expansion of the Oorlogskloof Nature.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 10 November 2017).
