The Minister of Labour has, under section 43 of the OSHA, published “draft regulations for hazardous chemical agents” for public comment. A copy of the said draft regulations can be accessed on the department of labour’s website at www.labour.gov.za.
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments in respect of the draft regulations to the Department of Labour within 90 days of publication of the abovementioned notice in the Government Gazette i.e. by 14 December 2018
