The Director General of the Department of Water and Sanitation has, in terms of item 6(1) of schedule 3 to the NWA, limited the taking of water from the Goedetrouw Dam, the Hazelmere Dam, the Klipfontein Dam, the Hluhluwe Dam, the Lake Merthley Dam, the Umzinto and EJ Smith Dam and the Buffalo System in Kwa-Zulu Natal as further detailed in this notice.
The limitations as set out in this notice apply from the date of this notice until further notice.
