LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL SYSTEMS ACT (32/2000): MAKHUDUTHAMAGA WASTE MANAGEMENT BY-LAWS

The Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality has published the Waste Management By-Laws for the municipality. The by-laws, inter alia, establish a waste management information system and regulate the provision of commercial waste management services in the Makhuduthamaga municipal area.
