The MEC for the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism has, in terms of section 53 of the NEMICMA, given notice of his intention to adopt the Estuarine Management Plan for Nahoon Estuary in terms of section 34 of the NEMICMA.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 2 March 2016).
