The Laingsburg Municipality has enacted and published the Noise and Nuisance By-Law. The By-Law regulates, inter alia, noise nuisance and the manner within which to control noise nuisance. The regulations published under Provincial Notice 132 of 06 December 2013, regarding noise regulations are amended accordingly.
