The Minister of Water and Sanitation has under Section 146 and Item 3 of Schedule 6 of the NWA called for nominations for the position of chairperson of the Water Tribunal.
The nominations must be sent directly to The Judicial Service Commission and a copy thereof must be sent to the acting Registrar of the Tribunal, Mr Robert Mabe for record purposes.
The closing date for receipt of the nominations was Wednesday, 19 September 2018.
