The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 11 of the NEM:PAA, given notice of her intention to prescribe norms and standards for the inclusion of private nature reserves in the register of Protected Areas of South Africa as set out in the schedule to this notice.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
