Notice pertaining to biodiversity permits administration fees, and tariffs inclusive of the species fees published in the North West Hunting Regulations, 2018 Gazette No. 7864, Vol. 261 of 03rd April 2018 in respect thereof, in terms of-
1. the Nature Conservation Ordinance, No. 12 of 1983;
2. the Bophuthatswana Nature Conservation Act, 1973 (Act No. 3 of 1973); and
3. the Cape Nature and Environmental Conservation Ordinance, No. 19 of 1974;
The MEC for the Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development in the North West Province, in terms of the abovementioned provisions, and in respect of areas within the boundaries of the North West Province, hereby publish the fees and tariffs listed herein schedules A and B as the North West Province Biodiversity Permit Administration fees for immediate implementation.
