The North West Provincial Legislature has passed the North West Parks Board Act 3 of 2015 as set out in the schedule to this notice.
The Act, inter alia, provides for the establishment, management and control of protected areas in the North West Province; provides for the repeal of the North West Parks and Tourism Board Act 3 of 1997; and provides for the establishment of the North West Parks Board.
