The MEC of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning in the Western Cape amends the Notice of Intention to Declare Nature Reserve, published under PN 165 of 4 July 2014 by deleting from the Schedule the entry in row number 9 pertaining to the Table Bay Nature Reserve.
The MEC furthermore, in terms of section 33(1)(a)of the NEM:PAA, gives notice of his intention to declare, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEM:PAA, the properties detailed in the schedule to this notice as Table Bay Nature Reserve.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 21 November 2017).
