The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 33(1)(b) read with section 100 of the NEM:BA, given notice of her intention to declare the property known as Farm 1505, as depicted in the schedule to this notice, as an extension to the existing Kwelera National Botanical Garden, to be managed by South African National Biodiversity Institute.
Members of the public were invited to submit written comments within 30 days after the publication of this notice.
