The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 22B of the NEM:PAA given notice of her intention to withdraw the existing Robberg, Betty’s Bay and Goukamma Marine Protected Areas and to declare, in terms of section 22A of the NEM:PAA, the Robberg, Betty’s Bay and Goukamma Marine Protected Areas, as set out in the schedules to the relevant notices.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 60 days of the date of publication of these notices (i.e. on or before 19 September 2017).
